    gravii.app

    A grounded company-brain that answers from your own knowledge and cites its sources — or abstains. Cite-or-abstain, evals, per-tenant isolation, envelope encryption, EU data residency. In enterprise conversations. Live, pre-revenue.

  2. Synapse

    synapse.legal

    AI contract review with an MCP server running live inside Claude Desktop, backed by 17 architecture decision records. Built with a legal co-founder. Live, pre-revenue.

  3. Brain

    Internal

    An internal agent system at Coincover: 30+ MCP tools, 88% extraction precision, 252 automated tests. Cut new-hire onboarding by an estimated ~90%.

  1. Coincover — Head of Product

    2025–present

    Regulated digital-asset security and recovery (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, 99.95% SLA). Built the product function into a consistent delivery operation and led product and engineering until a Head of Engineering was hired. Mandated by the CEO to lead a company-wide AI transformation across five departments — Finance, Engineering, Customer Support, Customer Success and Marketing — with the first deployment live in Engineering.

  2. Neuranode — Co-founder & CEO

    2023–2025

    Built a developer ecosystem of 1,000+ developers across 30+ partnerships from zero, and ran the programs and community that brought them in.

  3. BoomLand — Head of Product

    2022–2023

    New-platform arm of mobile-gaming group BoomBit. Led the 0-to-1 build of a multi-game platform with a team of 7: the in-game economic model, customer-journey mapping, a Unity SDK, and partner API integrations including Binance, DappRadar and Sequence.

  4. Reply — Practice Lead

    2019–2022

    Promoted from Manager to Practice Lead in seven months; founded and led a practice to £1.7M with a team of 10 and a direct line to the group CEO — one of only five strategic initiatives approved that year. Delivered seven products across government, financial services and insurance, including a UK Government Covid passport, work for Vodafone and Société Générale Luxembourg, and a post-trade settlement proof-of-concept for Clearstream.

  5. Earlier — Finance

    2011–2018

    Finance leadership before product: a £15M IFRS 9 programme at Barclays, IFRS/FINREP reporting at HSBC — cutting unreconciled journal-entry resolution time by 95% — and Head of Accounting at Glencore (a $350M-capex group, team of 15) at 26.

How I work

Most product managers have never audited a balance sheet. I spent seven years in finance — Glencore, HSBC, Barclays — before seven in product, and it shows in how I work: I like inheriting messy problems and leaving them structured, I care about evidence over vibes, and I'm comfortable being the connective tissue between research, engineering, design and go-to-market. I build with AI hands-on, and I ship in environments where trust and compliance are the product, not an afterthought.
